I'm co-chairing the Code Development session, which will be new this time around. If you've done some Drupal coding, please consider submitting a proposal for that track. While it is designed to be code-focused, it's not exclusively for the uber-Druapler, and one thing that is needed are some "Introduction to Drupal Programming" types of presentations.
